Domestic Shipping

• Processing Time: We aim to fulfill your order within 3-5 business days. Some customization or sewing may be required to complete your order, which may extend processing time. For custom clothing orders, additional time may be needed to create your unique piece.

• Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, shipping times will vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

• Availability: International shipping is available upon request. Please email us at alwaysonindustries@gmail.com to assist you with your international order.

• Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Inventory and Fulfillment

• Inventory: Given our headquarters are based in a one-bedroom apartment, we cannot hold a large inventory of every product. Most products will be in stock; however, availability may vary.

• Fulfillment: If an item is not in stock or requires additional customization, we will reach out to you after you place your order to provide an estimated fulfillment time.
